Admission Team

Often, the first contact you’ll have with our private rehab & addiction treatment centre will be with our Admission Team. Their years of experience and thorough understanding of our addiction treatments and processes enable them to determine if East Coast Recovery can provide you or your loved one the greatest chance of overcoming the alcohol problem or winning the battle with drug addiction.

The assessment process can be carried out via telephone and is best described as a fact-finding exercise. The simple goal is to establish that the treatments we provide are suitable for the individual seeking treatment and that the Admission Team are sufficiently confident to offer a place at East Coast Recovery.

Our confidential addiction assessment can be completed over the telephone during our normal office hours 9am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. A scheduled appointment is not usually required. You can call us on 01502 587269 or request a callback or get a brochure

At your request, in certain circumstances, the Addiction Assessment can be carried out at our treatment facility.
